This purpose built 46-unit public housing complex for the elderly Chinese was completed in 1991. This housing estate is located in Ultimo which is within walking distance to Haymarket, Chinatown.
These units are spread over 4 levels accessible by stairways, ramp and an elevator and are all wheelchairs accessible. Each unit consists of one-bedroom with an ensuite and an open kitchen leading to the lounge/dining area and a balcony overlooking a spacious courtyard with traditional Chinese foliage.
Admission:
Admission is only for older people aged 65 or above who are eligible for public housing and has registered with the Department of Housing NSW.
