Bernard Hor Resource & Education Centre This Centre has been set up for those suffering from dementia, their family, carers and service providers to access the most up to date culturally and linguistically appropriate information, resources, education and training programs on dementia. The Centre is also being utilised as a meeting place for health and welfare professionals to share their knowledge and experiences gained in the community who have the same interests and commitment in providing and further developing culturally appropriate dementia care.
