Greenfield Park Centre

ANHF Greenfield Park centre-based day care service, funded by the NSW Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC), refers to the provision of structured group activities to frail older people. The program, designed to develop, maintain or support the capacity for independent living and social interaction, is conducted in a day care setting for the elderly living in Fairfield LGA.

• occupational therapy/physiotherapy

• gentle exercise

• music therapy

• craft activity

• educational talks

• socialising and networking

• festival celebrations/birthday party

• cooking demonstration

• outdoor activities

• mental activities

Program Session

Thursday 10am - 3pm

Fee

• program and meal: $6

• transport $3 single $5 return

No one will be denied service due to inability to pay.
