Ada Cheng is a qualified social worker with a master’s degree in Community Management and over 30 years of experience in aged care management. She is the CEO of the Australian Nursing Home Foundation (ANHF). Ada is passionate about developing culturally appropriate aged services and has successfully implemented various invaluable services and resources for cross-cultural care. Under Ada’s leadership, ANHF has experienced exponential growth, attributed to her vision and innovative mindset. This has resulted in cutting-edge outcomes for culturally competent aged services in Sydney.
