Donations
Your donation is vital to the work of the Australian Nursing Home Foundation. For more than 40 years, our services to older people in the Chinese and Southeast Asian communities in Australia have changed lives for the better. The generosity of our donors and patrons enables us to continue to provide crucial and innovative services, which address the ongoing needs of older people in our community.
Your donation, large or small, makes a difference.
Chrysanthemum Legacy Naming Rights Appeal
ANHF’s fifth nursing home, Thornleigh Nursing Home (temporary name), is now open, providing high-quality aged care for the Chinese community. We invite you to support our work through the "Chrysanthemum Legacy" donation program. Renowned artist Stuart Leung ("Australia’s Peony King") has generously donated 88 paintings from his Chrysanthemum Collection. These artworks will be displayed in the home to create an unique artistic atmosphere. Your generosity will bring warmth and care to our seniors. Join us in this meaningful initiative!
ANHF Fundraiser Antique Plates
As we approach the final stages of our campaign, we invite you to continue your support by donating the plates that will adorn the basement entrance of our new facility, Huang Ying Jung Nursing Home . By naming these plates, you will not only leave a lasting legacy but also contribute to the preservation of our cultural heritage. Additionally, we kindly request donors who are considering naming one of the Antique Plates to contribute a minimum amount of $1000 for each plate. We firmly believe that your generosity deserves recognition, and we are honoured to offer you naming rights as a token of our appreciation. By associating your name or the name of a loved one with our facility and a plate, you will create a timeless remembrance of your good deeds that will be passed down through generations and cherished for eternity.
Naming Rights for Thornleigh Nursing Home
ANHF continues to embark on its mission of providing culturally appropriate care in Australia through the construction of a new residential aged care facility at Thornleigh. This state-of-the-art aged care facility is located in a peaceful residential area of Thornleigh, offering 67 thoughtfully designed beds that cater to both permanent and respite care, addressing the growing demand for Chinese-specific aged care in Sydney. The name will be prominently displayed on a special plaque at the selected location, and can be a meaningful and enduring gift to honour a loved one or organisation.
