Jackie Ng is a senior executive with more than 20 years’ leadership experience across aged care, disability services, private health insurance, banking, and member-based organisations, with a career spanning Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia.
Jackie holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Commercial Law from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Management and Human Resource Management from Edith Cowan University, Western Australia.
She has led large and diverse teams across customer experience, operations, service delivery, growth, and organisational transformation. Her career includes senior leadership experience with Medibank and St.George Bank, as well as leadership roles across the disability and aged care sectors. Jackie brings strong commercial and operational expertise, with a proven ability to build high-performing teams, improve customer journeys, strengthen service delivery, and translate strategy into meaningful outcomes.
After many years in the corporate sector, Jackie made an intentional decision to bring her experience into community and care services, where she could contribute more directly to improving people’s lives. She is passionate about people, community, health, and wellbeing, and believes strong leadership and sustainable services can create meaningful and lasting impact for the communities they serve.
A consistent focus throughout Jackie’s career has been cultural inclusion and connection with multicultural communities. Across different sectors, she has championed greater cultural understanding and helped organisations better understand and respond to the needs of culturally diverse customers and communities. She believes that understanding a person’s language, culture and lived experience is fundamental to building trust and delivering services that are meaningful to them. Jackie’s leadership approach combines commercial discipline with empathy, collaboration, and a strong commitment to developing people. She is passionate about bringing people together, building capable teams and creating sustainable services that keep clients and communities at the centre of decision-making.
As General Manager – Support at Home, Jackie leads ANHF’s home and community care services, with a focus on high-quality, culturally responsive, and person-centred care. She works alongside clients, families, employees and community partners to strengthen the client experience, support independence and wellbeing, and ensure ANHF’s services continue to evolve with the needs of the communities it serves.
