We have an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional care to older Chinese and Southeast Asian individuals. We offer a number of culturally appropriate housing options for seniors. ANHF manages both government-owned and privately owned aged care housing accommodation. We offer supportive services as well as maintaining a comfortable and safe living environment for tenants.

Register with NSW Housing
If you meet the requirements, you can apply for help.
You can register for:
- Public housing managed by the Department of Communities and Justice – apply for housing assistance and/or
- Community housing managed by non-government organisations, including ANHF.
Register on ANHF's Seniors Housing Waitlist
If you would like to be considered for our Seniors Housing rental homes (non-government funded) and our other affordable housing options (including the National Rental Affordability Scheme), you can ask to be put on our waitlist.
