Check My Eligibility

You can access our Speak Your Language Call Monitoring Service through different government funding programs: ‘Equipment and Products’ funding support under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) or Support at Home Program (SAH). To apply for this service, you have to be aged 65 or above from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

The application process is easy!

STEP 1

Contact My Aged Care

Call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or visit My Aged Care to apply for ‘Equipment and Products’ under the Commonwealth Home Support Program. You have to be assessed by the My Aged Care Assessment Team for eligibility. If your care needs are high, you may be eligible for Support at Home Program. If you need help, call us on 1800 882 288 , and our friendly and professional staff will help you during the application process.

STEP 2

Contact the Service Provider

After you have been approved for ‘Equipment and Products’ under the Commonwealth Home Support Program, you can contact the service provider.
