The 24 units at Poplar Street Community Housing are spread over three floors and provide accommodation for seniors from a Chinese background. Each unit offers an en-suite with its own shower, an open kitchen, lounge/dining area and a spacious balcony. All units are wheelchair accessible. These premises are close to Chinatown and public transport.

- Aged 65 years or above
- Of Chinese background
- Eligible for public housing and has registered with the Department of Housing NSW
