Centre-based Day Care

Australian Nursing Home Foundation receives funding from both the Australian Government of Health and Ageing and NSW Ageing, Disability and Home Care to provide centre-based day care services to frail older people, people living with dementia and their carers.

ANHF provides centre-based day care services in the following areas:

• Stanley Hunt Centre – Surry Hills, Respite Day Care

• Stanley Hunt Centre – Surry Hills, Dementia Day Care

• So Wai Lifestyle Activity Centre – Burwood, Respite Care for people living with dementia

• Greenfield Park Day Centre – Greenfield Park, for frail older people

• Chester Hill Day Centre – Chester Hill, for frail older people
