To be eligible to receive our Speak Your Language Call Monitoring Service, you will first need to apply for ‘Goods, Equipment and Assistive Technology’ funding support under the Commonwealth Home Support Program. To apply for this service, you have to be aged 65 or above from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

Call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or visit My Aged Care to apply for ‘Goods, Equipment and Assistive Technology’ under the Commonwealth Home Support Program. You have to be assessed by the Regional Assessment Team for eligibility. If you need help, call us on 1800 882 288, and our friendly and professional staff will help you during the application process.
