Compassionate and culturally appropriate dementia care for people living with dementia. Carer support groups to assist carers with education and practical help.

Feel safe at home or outdoors with 24-hour emergency alarms and connect with our friendly Chinese-speaking customer service team when you need help.

From Our Consumers

Our 98 year old mom has been residing in LCACC for almost two years and she only has nice words to say about the staff caring for the residents. What we (daughters) noticed since mom's been there she has been well looked after. Mom goes to exercise every morning, plays mahjong (no money involved) and many other activities catered for the elderly. We count ourselves very lucky that we do not need to worry about mom's well being there which give us more time looking after our own families. Needless to say, Emily Chong, the Facility Manager at LCACC is so approachable and cheerful that we are always happy to say 'hello' to when we visit. Thank you - LCACC

I must say I am so glad and so grateful for the care my mother received: she has gained weight (she was too thin), she can move around better, and she is more responsive in conversation..... I would like to extend our deepest gratitude to all the staff at CC Poon Nursing Home. My mother has been staying at CC Poon for almost a year now. When she first arrived, she was in poor health, underweight, and often in a low mood. Today, thanks to the care and support she has received, she has gained weight, her mood has significantly improved, and her overall condition has stabilized. I attribute much of this progress to the exceptional care provided by CC Poon. The cheerful, caring, and patient staff, along with the delicious and culturally appropriate meals, as well as the clean and bright environment, have made all the difference for my mother. The responsible and fast-response nursing team is truly amazing. They always prepare health summaries in advance and remind us of what to bring and discuss during doctor visits. CC Poon has truly been the best place for her.

HYJNH is a top-notch nursing home where you can trust your parents or loved ones to be in good hands. The staff is professional and caring, treating the residents with patience and respect. The facility is well-equipped with a gym and physiotherapy room, as well as a Library. They also offer a weekly program filled with a variety of activities to cater to everyone’s interests and needs. I highly recommend HYJNH to anyone looking for a reliable and caring nursing home.
